David Ross, Co-founder & President
David has over 14 years of experience in the software business. He has held management and technology development positions with SAS Institute, Fujitsu, Medaphis, Visualize, and Silicon Peak. He has an M.S. in computer science from Brown University and a B.S. in computer science from North Carolina State University. David is also Managing Partner of Silicon Peak.

Geoff Elder, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
As the owner of Split Second Timing, Inc., Geoff has been a leading developer of race event registration, timing, and results publication software products for 15 years. Geoff's clients include US Skiing, Nastar, Winter Goodwill Games, Winter Olympic Qualifier, and major road cycling events in Europe via Matsport. Geoff earned his MSc in computer science at Canterbury University in Christchurch, NZ.

Katherine Ross, Co-founder & Creative Director
Katie has been a developer of Internet technologies long before the birth of the World Wide Web in 1992. Her background includes senior technology and management positions at SAS Institute, North Carolina Supercomputer Center, MCNC, and Nybor.com. Katie serves as the creative director for all of Silicon Peak's portfolio companies. She has an M.S. in computer science specializing in computer graphics and user interface design from Brown University, and a B.S. in computer science and a B.A. in art history from Duke University.
